For more than 40 years MDG has been producing shell-moulding cores. Thanks to the experience gained, the constant attention to detail, the efficiency of the service and the flexibility of the production program, MDG is on the market as a reliable partner in all fields that use hot sand cores, with a specialisation in the motor and hydraulic field. MDG currently has three separate production departments with a fleet of 35 machines and 50 specialised employees spread out between them.
MDG achieves the best quality/price ratio to give its customers a good competitive advantage in small and large productions, in all fields of shell-moulding core use.
We analyse the customer’s request and share solutions and proposals to meet their needs: the product, its characteristics and production times.
MDG draws up and presents the project to the customer, which is based on the final characteristics of the sand core and its mass production, when needed.
We create the prototypes of the product, which allows the customer to carry out the necessary tests to explore its qualities and the correct final functionality.
Once the prototype has been approved, it is mass produced. Continuous quality control allows us to offer sand cores in their best performance.
More than forty years of experience in the production of shell-moulding cores and constant attention to the efficiency of the service, makes us as a reliable partner of the most established companies in the engine and hydraulic industry, but that’s not all. The expertise gained and business know-how allow us today to work for many different production industries.
